Frizzlife Water Filter Review (See Our Top Pick)

Water filtration systems are changing into smart, water-saving machines that deliver the purest water right through your faucet. The new PD600 Frizzlife water filter is a super sleek design with touch controls that offers many benefits for those who want clean drinking water in their kitchens.

Frizzlife is a new manufacturer that has gained a lot of recognition for its design and reverse osmosis systems, particularly because Frizzlife water filters come with alkaline and remineralization features. This means if you have indigestion and other health issues, you can create perfectly alkaline drinking water.

When testing the Frizzlife PD600 and Frizzlife WA99, we looked at multi-stage filtration with reverse osmosis, installation, ease-of-use, and water purity as the top reasons to purchase. Here is the full review on the Frizzlife reverse osmosis under sink water filter.

Did You Know?

Reverse Osmosis Filters With These 3 Features Receive 92.7% of Five-Star Reviews

Before jumping into the review, there are a few features that are most important in the search for the best water filter. We look for the highest quality water purification systems. These features matter the most for water filter customers.

Multi-Stage Reverse Osmosis Filtration

When it comes to the purest water, reverse osmosis membranes really get the job done. This is because these semi porous membranes only allow clean water through, discarding any contaminations.

Effectively, the Frizzlife water filter removes 99% of all contaminants, including chlorine, fluoride, lead, arsenic, chromium, cysts, sediment, rust, viruses, and many other dangerous toxins. It comes with a 2-in-1 composite filter as well as a reverse osmosis membrane.

Frizzlife offers four stages of filtration, removing contaminants while also remineralizing water and changing pH levels to be more alkaline.

Long Filter Life

So many filters have to be changed every 3 to 6 months. That’s not the case with the Frizzlife reverse osmosis filter.

Reverse osmosis membranes do not have to be changed every year. In fact, depending on how much you use the Frizzlife water filter, you likely won’t need to replace the membrane until after two years.

Additionally, the PD600 has a smart LED display that tells you when to replace filters. There are color-coded reminders that let you know when the time is getting close.

Alkaline Remineralization

If you research reverse osmosis systems, you know that the filtration is so high that it removes most of the minerals in your water as well. This can lead to the removal of good stuff like calcium, but the Frizzlife reverse osmosis undersink filter has a remineralization stage. This means that it adds in those healthy minerals and neutralizes water so that it’s alkaline.

Alkaline water has a ton of benefits for your health. When water is alkaline, it means that the pH is greater than 7. Typically, you want a pH between 7.1 and 9.0 for the ultimate alkalinity. However, the best water is just slightly more alkaline than tap water, which is between 7.5 and 8.0 pH.

Now We Will Take A Look At The Frizzlife PD600 and the Frizzlife WA99 With An In-Depth Test And Review

Frizzlife PD600 Undersink Filter with Alkaline Remineralization

The first filter we tested is the Frizzlife PD600 under sink water filter. This is a space-saving water filter that hooks up to your kitchen faucet, allowing you to get fresh, clean water that’s also alkaline.

The PD600 is a compact under sink water filter with a sleek design. It’s smart and easy to install.

It has a 2-on-1 composite filter and RO membrane for four stages of filtration. The reverse osmosis membrane removes 99% of all contaminants, such as pesticides, heavy metals, pharmaceuticals, chlorine, and lead.

What We Liked

The Frizzlife PD600 is an amazing tankless water filter that has a slim design. Due to the reverse osmosis filtration, Frizzlife has the highest rate of filtration from any other product.

In our test, over one thousand contaminants were reduced between 97 and 99 percent. That’s an extremely high filtration rate.

Despite the high amount of filtration, the flow rate is super-fast, so you don’t have to wait for water to dispense like with other competitors. Undersink filters do have a second faucet, however.

Installing an undersink filter can be troublesome, but everything is included with this Frizzlife reverse osmosis filter. It’s also very lightweight. Without a tank, you can place this water filter in any corner of your cabinet. The instructions are easy to follow, allowing you to get set up in minutes.

The remineralization and alkaline stage are unique features for the Frizzlife water filter. It’s designed to replace nutrients and bring your water’s pH up to the ideal 7.5 alkaline level. This works wonderfully for drinking water, especially if you have any kind of acid reflux.

What Could Be Better

Frizzlife tries to create an all-in-one experience by selling their own water filter cartridges. This maintains the high quality filtration levels, but it also means that you’ll buy directly from Frizzlife and pay their prices for filters.

Also, while the filter does a great job of getting most contaminants and toxins out of your water, the filters could work on filtering out more VOCs. The compact size, flow rate, and removal of the worst contaminants makes up for this oversight.

Frizzlife vs Waterdrop: How Do The Undersink Water Filters Compare?

Another undersink filter commonly compared to the Frizzlife PD600 is the Waterdrop G3 RO filtration system. It’s another sleek design with all-in-one water filtration, and it includes TDS reduction.

Both systems remove about the same number of contaminants. However, Waterdrop G3 is not NSF certified, and the warranty doesn’t cover anything after a year.

Our Frizzlife water filter review found that the PD600 is also slimmer and has a faster flow rate. It’s also better for drinking water thanks to the alkaline remineralization stage, which is absent from the Waterdrop G3 filtration system.

Frizzlife WA99 Reverse Osmosis Countertop Water Filter

In addition to the PD600, the Frizzlife WA99 RO countertop filter is another water filtration system to consider if looking for more convenience and portability. Countertop filtration systems should be compact but still offer multi-stage filtration for the cleanest drinking water.

The Frizzlife WA99 is a very sophisticated countertop water filter that fits any counter space, just like a toaster or rice cooker. It’s incredible efficient and produces little wastewater while guaranteeing an amazingly pure result.

The Frizzlife WA99 is WQA certified for NSF/ANSI 58 for reverse osmosis water filtration. It can filter out 5 gallons of water quickly, and it’s extremely easy to setup. In fact, it works right out of the box and has its own built-in water spout.

In our Frizzlife water filter review and test, we found that the countertop filter reduces contaminants by 97% or more. If you have issues with chlorine, lead, arsenic, pesticides, chromium, and bacteria, you can pour a glass of water into the Frizzlife WA99 and get back absolutely pure results. The taste is clean and fresh as well.

What We Liked

Frizzlife designed the perfect countertop water filter. It looks like any other countertop appliance you’d have in your kitchen with a full LED display that shows the time and settings.

The filtration is extremely high-level thanks to its reverse osmosis filtration. The TDS readings were also accurate when tested with our TDS meter.

This is also a very portable water filter. With zero water line hookups needed, you can take this with you as you travel, and there will never be any leaks.

The wastewater ratio is one of the lowest we’ve ever seen at 1:5, which means that for every 5 gallons you pour into this countertop filter, you only waste 1 gallon of water. It’s five times more efficient than its competitors like AlcaPure.

Finally, you won’t have to change the filters too much with this filter, and when you do, it has a twist-and-replace design that’s vastly more convenient than the older competitors on the market today.

What Could Be Better

There’s not too much to dislike about this system. It’s incredibly convenient and offers a high filtration rate. One thing that may throw you off is the slight noise that it produces when filtering water.

Other Frizzlife Reverse Osmosis Filter Benefits

If we’ve left out some of the benefits of these filters, it’s only because our Frizzlife reviews focus on the filtration rate and most important features. Here are some of the other things we found in our Frizzlife reviews and tests:

Smart Features

Frizzlife does an amazing job of partnering filtration design with smart features to make filter changes and settings more convenient. Both come with filter life displays that let you know when you to order a new filter, and the Frizzlife countertop filter provides other information with its LED display.

What other competitors often get wrong is to solely focus on the filtration and not create an all-in-one product that will be most convenient for customers as well. Frizzlife uses smart engineering and technology to create an advanced filter with multi-stage RO filtration that simply gets the job done.

Easy Installation

Part of that convenient design also includes the ease of installation. The last thing anyone wants to do is spend half the day setting up a water filter or calling a plumber to hook up water lines. These filters don’t require any plumbing knowledge. They are lightweight, compact, and easy to setup. You’ll spend less than 10 minutes getting the Frizzlife undersink water filter installed, but the Frizzlife countertop filter is ready to go out of the box.

Excellent Product Support and Warranty

We took a moment to look over the warranty and contact Frizzlife customer support to see what it’s life if there any issues with the product. If your water filter breaks down within the first two years, you can replace it at no charge through Frizzlife’s support. Also, registering your product extends your warranty to 3 years.

Our Take: The Frizzlife PD600 Delivers Ease of Use with Excellent Filtration Performance

We can’t reiterate the importance of reverse osmosis enough. Whenever filters include a reverse osmosis stage, you know that almost all contaminants will be filtered out of your water. The only down side of this is that it can also remove beneficial nutrients and minerals like calcium.

Frizzlife’s PD600 takes care of that with an alkaline remineralization stage, which is genius. This means that you get spa-quality mineral water at home with a slightly higher pH that can heal tummy aches due to acid reflux. After conducting our Frizzlife reviews and tests, we found both of their water filtration products to have superior benefits to competitors. They’re also NSF certified and provide accurate TDS readings. This is true high-quality filtration and convenience at its best. You can’t go wrong with a Frizzlife water filter.
